Direction of Use
Tembotrione 34.4% w/w SC is a post emergence recommended for use alongwith surfactant for control of broadleaf and grassy weeds in Maize. Tembotrione 34.4% w/w SC formulation is recommended for use with surfactant @ 1000ml/ha.
Time of Application
Maize: Tembotrione 34.4% w/w SC can be applied with knapsack sprayer fitted with flat fan nozzle at 3-5 leaf stage of weeds.
Avoid contact with product. Wear personal protective equipment, while working with the product. Keep away from source of ignition. Keep away from food, drink & animal feeding stuff and also out of reach of children. Remove soiled clothing immediately and clean thoroughly before using again clothing immediately after work.
Headache, vomiting, Nausea.
If inhaled, move to fresh air. If person is not breathing, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth to mouth if possible. If ingested, rinse out mouth and give water in small sips to drink. Do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by a physician. If in skin, take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off with soap and water. If symptoms persist, call a physician. If in eyes, remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes. Hold eye open and rinse with water for 15-20 minutes.
Phytotoxicity
No specific is known. Treat symptomatically.
1. The packages shall be broken and buried away from habitation or incineration.
2. The used packages shall not be left outside to prevent their re-use.
3. The packages or surplus material and washing should be disposed off in safe manner so as to prevent environment and water pollution.
1. The packages containing the herbicides shall be stored in separate rooms or premises, away from the rooms or premises used for storing other articles or shall be kept in separate almirahs under lock and key depending upon the quantity and nature of herbicides.
2. The rooms or premises meant for storing the herbicides shall be well built, well lit, dry well ventilated and of sufficient dimensions to avoid contamination with vapour/air.
